Marianthus granulatus (Turcz.) Benth.

Marianthus granulatus is a flowering plant species in the family Pittosporaceae, native to a limited area in the southwest of Western Australia. It is a twining shrub or climber with clustered leaves that are egg-shaped to heart-shaped. The plant produces pale blue flowers with darker blue spots and yellow streaks, typically arranged in groups of three to five.
Description
Marianthus granulatus, described by Benth. in 1863, is a member of the Pittosporaceae family and is found only in the southwest region of Western Australia. This species is characterized by its twining growth habit and clustered leaves, which range in shape from ovate to cordate. The flowers are pale blue with darker blue spots and yellow streaks, and they are grouped in clusters of three to five. The species was originally described by Turcz. and later reclassified by Benth.
