Marcgravia nepenthoides is a species in the genus Marcgravia, family Marcgraviaceae. It is native to several regions in Central and South America, including Antioquia, Chocó, Risaralda, and Valle del Cauca in Colombia, as well as parts of Mexico, Central America, and northern South America. The species was first described in 1870 by Seem.

Description

Marcgravia nepenthoides is a member of the Marcgraviaceae family and is found in a range extending from Mexico through Central America to northern South America. Its distribution includes the departments of Antioquia, Chocó, Risaralda, and Valle del Cauca in Colombia, as well as the Subregiones Norte, Antioquia, and Risaralda. It is also present in Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico Gulf, Mexico Southeast, Mexico Southwest, Nicaragua, and Panamá. The species was first published in 1870 by the botanist Seem.
