Mansoa lanceolata (DC.) A.H.Gentry is a species in the Bignoniaceae family, native to Brazil. It is found in the Northeast and Southeast regions of the country. The species was formally described in 1980.

Description

Mansoa lanceolata belongs to the genus Mansoa within the Bignoniaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the bignonias or trumpet-vine family. It is distributed across the Brazilian regions of the Northeast and Southeast. The species was published in 1980 by A.H.Gentry, based on earlier work by DC. (De Candolle). This taxon represents a contribution to the botanical diversity of Brazil, which is known for its rich flora.
