Macrozamia fraseri is a plant species from the Zamiaceae family, native to the south-western region of Western Australia. It is primarily found on the Swan Coastal Plain and Geraldton Sandplains, where it grows in sandy soils. Its distribution overlaps with that of Macrozamia riedlei. The species was first described in 1842 by Miq. and is known as djiridji by the Noongar peoples.

Description

Macrozamia fraseri is a member of the Zamiaceae family and is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It is confined to sandy soils in the Swan Coastal Plain and Geraldton Sandplains. The species is part of the genus Macrozamia and was first published in 1842 by Miq. It shares its range with Macrozamia riedlei and is recognized by the Noongar peoples under the name djiridji.
