Helenium quadridentatum, commonly known as longdisk sneezeweed, is a species in the Asteraceae family. It is native to the southeastern and south-central United States, as well as parts of Mexico, Cuba, and Belize. The plant was first described in 1792 by Labill.

It also occurs in several regions of Mexico, as well as in Cuba and Belize. The species was first published by Labill in 1792.
