Ludwigia brevipes (Long Beach primrose-willow) is a species in the genus Ludwigia, family Onagraceae. It is native to the southeastern United States, including Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The species was first described in 1933 by Eames, based on earlier work by Long.

Description

Ludwigia brevipes is a member of the Onagraceae family, commonly known as the evening primrose family. It is found in several states along the eastern coast of the United States, including Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The species was formally published in 1933 by Eames, building upon the original work of Long. It is locally referred to as Long Beach primrose-willow in English.
