Lomariopsis marginata is a fern species in the family Lomariopsidaceae, native to Brazil and possibly French Guiana. It was first described in 1879 by Kuhn & Decken.

Lomariopsis marginata is a member of the Lomariopsidaceae family and is found in regions of Brazil, including the Northeast, Southeast, and South. The species was formally published in 1879 under the scientific name Lomariopsis marginata, authored by Kuhn & Decken. It is also reported to possibly occur in French Guiana.
