Loeseneriella africana is a species in the genus Loeseneriella, belonging to the family Celastraceae. It was first described in 1960 and is native to a wide range of countries across Africa and parts of Asia.

Description

Loeseneriella africana, originally described as (Willd.) R.Wilczek, is a member of the Celastraceae family. Its distribution spans numerous regions including Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Caprivi Strip, the Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, India, Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Laos. The species was formally published in 1960.
