Lithospermum scabrum

Lithospermum scabrum is a member of the Boraginaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the borage family. This species is indigenous to the Cape Provinces and the Free State regions of South Africa. It was formally described by Carl Peter Thunberg in 1794.
