Lagerstroemia limii is a species in the Lythraceae family, native to Taiwan, South-Central China, and Southeast China. It was first described in 1925 by Elmer Drew Merrill.

Lagerstroemia limii belongs to the genus Lagerstroemia and is part of the Lythraceae, or Loosestrife, family. This species is distributed across Taiwan and parts of China, including the South-Central and Southeast regions. The species was formally published in 1925 by botanist Elmer Drew Merrill, who is credited with its authorship.
