Kniphofia citrina

Kniphofia citrina, first published in 1893 by Baker, belongs to the genus Kniphofia within the Asphodelaceae family. It is naturally distributed in the Cape Provinces. This species is part of a group of flowering plants commonly known for their tall, colorful inflorescences. Its classification and nomenclature are based on taxonomic work from the late 19th century.
