Knautia macedonica, the Macedonian scabious, is a flowering plant in the Caprifoliaceae family. It is native to Southeastern Europe, including Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, southeastern Romania, and Kırklareli in Turkey. This herbaceous perennial grows up to 75 cm tall and produces red 'pincushion' flowers on upright stems during the summer.
