Trachycarpus martianus is a species of palm in the Arecaceae family, commonly known as the Khasia Hills Fan Palm. It is native to regions including Assam, Bangladesh, China South-Central, East Himalaya, Myanmar, and Nepal. The species is characterized by regular leaf splits, coffee-bean-shaped seeds, and a bare trunk. Two distinct populations are found in the Khasia Hills of Meghalaya at 1,500 m and in central northern Nepal at 2,400 m. Additional populations have been reported in other areas. The new leaf spear and petiole edges are covered with a white tomentum.

The new leaf spear and the edges of the petioles are covered with a white tomentum. This palm is part of the genus Trachycarpus and was described in 1861 by H.Wendl.
