Jacaranda rufa is a medicinal plant native to Bolivia and the Cerrado vegetation in Brazil. It is part of the Bignoniaceae family and was described by Silva Manso in 1836. The species is documented in the Flora Brasiliensis by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius.

Description

Jacaranda rufa is a member of the Bignoniaceae family and is found in the regions of Bolivia and Brazil, particularly in the Cerrado vegetation. It is recognized for its medicinal properties and was formally published in 1836 by Silva Manso. The plant is included in the Flora Brasiliensis, a significant botanical reference compiled by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius.
