This species is typically found on plains and in mountainous areas at elevations up to 1100 m.
Description
Holoptelea integrifolia (Roxb.) Planch. is a tree in the Ulmaceae family and is closely related to the true elms (Ulmus). It is distributed across the Indian subcontinent, Indo-China, and Myanmar. The species is commonly found in lowland areas but can also be found in higher elevations up to 1100 m. It was first described in 1848.
