Juniperus thurifera, known as Incense Juniper, is a species of juniper native to the western Mediterranean region. It is found in the mountains of southern France, eastern and central Spain, Morocco, and northern Algeria.

Description

Juniperus thurifera belongs to the Cupressaceae family and is part of the genus Juniperus. It is distributed globally but is native to the western Mediterranean region, including Algeria, Corsica, France, Morocco, and Spain. The species was first described in 1753.
