Description

Hypolepis rugosula (Labill.) J.Sm., a member of the Dennstaedtiaceae family, is a ground fern native to a wide range of regions, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Jamaica, and others. It is typically found in rainforest and wet sclerophyll forest habitats, often colonizing areas following disturbances. This species was first described in 1846.
