Hydrolea floribunda is a species in the genus Hydrolea, belonging to the family Hydroleaceae. It was first described in 1867 by Kotschy & Peyr.

Description

Hydrolea floribunda is a plant species native to several regions in Africa, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Nigeria, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda, and Haute-Guinée. It is part of the Hydroleaceae family, a group of flowering plants. The species was formally published in 1867 by botanists Kotschy & Peyr.
