Hydrocleys martii is a species in the Alismataceae family, native to the Neotropical region. It is found in parts of Brazil, including the Northeast, North, Southeast, South, and West-Central regions, as well as in Argentina's Northeast and Uruguay. The species was first described in 1847 by Seub.

Description

Hydrocleys martii belongs to the genus Hydrocleys and is part of the Alismataceae family, commonly known as the water plantain family. Its geographic range includes several regions in Brazil and extends into neighboring parts of Argentina and Uruguay. The species was formally published in 1847 by the botanist Seub.
