Hemipogon sprucei is a species in the Apocynaceae family, native to parts of South America, including Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru. It was first described by E. Fourn in 1885.

This species is distributed across Brazil, particularly in the northern and western-central regions, as well as in Bolivia and Peru. The species was first published in 1885 by E. Fourn.
