Haworthia transiens is a perennial succulent species in the genus Haworthia, native to the Eastern Cape and Western Cape provinces. It was formally described in 2000 by M.Hayashi, with the original name credited to Poelln.

Description

Haworthia transiens is a member of the Asphodelaceae family and is found only in the Cape Provinces of South Africa. This plant is part of the Haworthia genus, which is known for its small, rosette-forming succulents. The species is adapted to arid environments and is characterized by its fleshy leaves and compact growth form. It is a relatively recent addition to botanical records, having been published in 2000.
