Haworthia semiviva is a perennial succulent in the Asphodelaceae family, native to the Northern Cape and Western Cape in South Africa. It is found in the Nama Karoo and Succulent Karoo vegetation, specifically in the Roggeveld and Nuweveld Mountains. Its area of occurrence is 9,692 km2.

Description

Haworthia semiviva (Poelln.) M.B.Bayer is a member of the genus Haworthia and is part of the Asphodelaceae family. The species is endemic to the Cape Provinces of South Africa, where it grows in the Nama Karoo and Succulent Karoo biomes. It is specifically documented in the Roggeveld Mountains and Nuweveld Mountains. The species was first described in 1976. Its geographic range spans an area of 9,692 km2.
