Gunnera macrophylla is a species in the genus Gunnera, belonging to the family Gunneraceae. It was first described by Blume in 1826.

Description

Gunnera macrophylla is a plant species native to several regions in Southeast Asia and the Pacific, including the Bismarck Archipelago, Borneo, Jawa, New Guinea, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Sulawesi, Sumatera, and Vanuatu. It is part of the Gunneraceae family, a group of flowering plants. The species was first formally described by Blume in 1826.
