Guioa plurinervis is a tree species in the family Sapindaceae, native to Rossel Island in the Louisiade Archipelago of eastern Papua New Guinea. It typically grows in secondary hill rainforest and reaches a height of 5 to 12 meters.

Guioa plurinervis, described by Radlk. in 1895, is a flowering plant in the family Sapindaceae. This species is endemic to Rossel Island, part of the Louisiade Archipelago in eastern Papua New Guinea. It is a small tree, growing up to 12 meters in height, and is commonly found in secondary hill rainforest habitats.
