Grusonia moelleri is a species of cactus in the Cactaceae family, native to Northeast Mexico. It was first described in 1999 by E.F. Anderson, based on earlier work by A. Berger.

Description

Grusonia moelleri belongs to the genus Grusonia within the Cactaceae family. This species is endemic to the Northeast region of Mexico. The scientific name was formally published in 1999 by E.F. Anderson, who recognized and named the species following initial observations by A. Berger. As a member of the Cactaceae, it is adapted to arid environments typical of its native range.
