Grusonia guccinii

Grusonia guccinii belongs to the genus Grusonia within the Cactaceae family, commonly known as the cactus family. This species is found in the Northeast region of Mexico. The scientific name was published in 2014 by Bárcenas and H.M. Hernández, based on earlier work by D.Donati. As part of the Cactaceae, it shares characteristics typical of cacti, such as succulent stems and adaptations to arid environments.
