Pyrola chlorantha, known as Green Wintergreen, is a species in the genus Pyrola of the family Ericaceae. It is native to northern regions of Eurasia and North America, with a circumboreal distribution.

Pyrola chlorantha, the Green Wintergreen, is a plant species in the Ericaceae family. It is distributed across Labrador, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and parts of the United States such as Vermont. First described in 1810, it is commonly found in northern latitudes spanning both Eurasia and North America.
