Anigozanthos viridis, known as green kangaroo-paw, is a perennial herb native to the southwestern coastal regions of Western Australia. It belongs to the family Haemodoraceae and was first described in 1846 by Endl.

Description

Anigozanthos viridis is a grass-like perennial herb found in the coastal areas of south western Western Australia. It is part of the Haemodoraceae family and is recognized by the common name green kangaroo-paw. The plant is also known by the Noongar name Koroylbardany.
