Trillium gracile, known as the graceful trillium, is a flowering plant in the Melanthiaceae family. It is native to the Sabine River region in western Louisiana and eastern Texas, where it grows in mature pine and hardwood forests and along riverbanks.

The plant is adapted to forested and riparian habitats, often in mature pine and hardwood environments. Common names include Sabine River wakerobin and slender trillium.
