Fraxinus gooddingii, known as Goodding ash, is a tree species native to Sonora and southern Arizona. It is found in Cochise and Santa Cruz Counties in Arizona, as well as in multiple locations in Sonora. The species was published in 1952.

It is native to the regions of Sonora and southern Arizona, with specific occurrences in Cochise and Santa Cruz Counties. The species is also documented in various parts of Sonora. This tree is part of the genus Fraxinus and was first described by Little in 1952.
