Curculigo orchioides, described by Gaertn. in 1788, is a species in the genus Curculigo. It is distributed across TW, the Andaman Islands, Assam, Bangladesh, Borneo, Cambodia, the Caroline Islands, China South-Central and Southeast, the East Himalaya, India, Japan, Java, Laos, the Lesser Sunda Islands, Maluku, Marianas, Myanmar, the Nansei-shoto, and Nepal. The plant is commonly called golden eye-grass in English and is part of the Hypoxidaceae family.
