Aegilops bicornis is a member of the Poaceae family, commonly known as Goat Grass. It is native to regions including the Levant, Western Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Libya. The species was published in 1851 under the authorship (Forssk.) Jaub. & Spach.

Description

Aegilops bicornis is a species of the grass family (Poaceae) and is found in parts of the Middle East and North Africa. Its distribution includes Cyprus, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon-Syria, Libya, Palestine, and Sinai. The species is part of the genus Aegilops and is known by the common name Goat Grass in English.
