Glaucium squamigerum is a species in the genus Glaucium, belonging to the family Papaveraceae. It was first described in 1842 by Kar. & Kir. and is native to several regions in Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Xinjiang.

Description

Glaucium squamigerum is a member of the Papaveraceae family, commonly known as the poppy family. This species is found in Central Asia, where it occurs in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and the Xinjiang region. It was formally described in 1842 by Kar. & Kir. and is part of the Glaucium genus, which includes other flowering plants known for their distinctive features.
