Trillium chloropetalum (Torr.) Howell, known as Giant Trillium, is a species in the Melanthiaceae family. It is native to California, particularly common in and around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Description

Trillium chloropetalum is a flowering plant in the Melanthiaceae family. It is endemic to California, where it is frequently found in the San Francisco Bay Area. The species was published in 1902 and is also referred to as Giant Wakerobin or Common Trillium.
