Gastrochilus kadooriei is a species in the Orchidaceae family, first described in 2014. It is found in China Southeast, Laos, and Vietnam, and is named after Sir Horace Kadoorie.

Description

Gastrochilus kadooriei, described by Kumar, S.W.Gale, Kocyan, G.A.Fisch., and Aver., was published in Phytotaxa on 4 April 2014. It is native to the Indo-Burma Biodiversity Hotspot, occurring in China, Laos, and Vietnam. The species was recently recorded in Hong Kong. It belongs to the Orchidaceae family and is part of the genus Gastrochilus.
