Description

The species thrives in shaded rainforest environments on moss-covered surfaces. It was first described in 1891 and belongs to the Orchidaceae family. Its distribution spans from the East Himalaya to the West Himalaya, with records also from China South-Central, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
