Description

Fumaria schleicheri is a member of the Papaveraceae family and is native to regions including Russia, Denmark, Ukraine, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Belarus, Czechoslovakia, East European Russia, France, and Hungary. This species was first described in 1828 by Soy.-Will. It is an annual herb with a self-supporting growth form and is known for its broad, simple leaves. The plant typically grows up to 19 cm in height.
