Fuchsia regia is a species in the Onagraceae family, native to regions in Brazil and South Africa, including the Garden Route National Park and Golden Gate Highlands National Park. It has also been recorded in India and Sri Lanka. The species was published in 1943 and is part of the Fuchsia genus.

Description

Fuchsia regia (Vand. ex Vell.) Munz is a member of the Onagraceae family and is distributed across several regions, including Brazil's Northeast, Southeast, and South, as well as parts of South Africa such as the Garden Route National Park and Golden Gate Highlands National Park. Additional records exist for India and Sri Lanka. The species was formally described in 1943 and belongs to the genus Fuchsia.
