Fuchsia hartwegii is a species in the genus Fuchsia, belonging to the family Onagraceae. It is native to several regions in Colombia, including SFF Iguaque, Parque Nacional Natural Puracé, and the Distrito de Conservación de Suelos Campoalegre, as well as the departments of Mongua, Antioquia, Boyacá, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, Putumayo, Risaralda, Tolima, and Valle. The species was first described in 1845 by the botanist Benth.

Description

Fuchsia hartwegii is a member of the Onagraceae family and is found in various locations across Colombia. Its distribution includes SFF Iguaque, Parque Nacional Natural Puracé, and the Distrito de Conservación de Suelos Campoalegre, as well as the departments of Mongua, Antioquia, Boyacá, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, Putumayo, Risaralda, Tolima, and Valle. The species was formally described in 1845 by the botanist Benth.
