Frosted Sugarbush

Protea pruinosa, also referred to as Frosted Sugarbush, is a member of the Proteaceae family and the Protea genus. This shrub is endemic to the southwestern Cape Region of South Africa. The species was first described by Rourke in 1977. It is found within the Cape Provinces and has a global distribution. The plant is characterized by its unique appearance and is adapted to the local climate and soil conditions of its native habitat.
