Phlox multiflora, known as flowery phlox, is a perennial plant in the family Polemoniaceae. It is native to the western United States, including Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming. The species was described in 1898 by A. Nelson.

Description

Phlox multiflora, also called Rocky Mountain phlox, is a low-growing perennial plant found in the Rocky Mountains and parts of the Great Basin. It produces white to lavender flowers and is part of the genus Phlox. The plant is adapted to the high-altitude environments of its native range.
