This species is characterized by its sticky leaves and apple green, tubular flowers. It is an annual plant that reaches a height of 1.5 m and a width of 0.5 m. The flowers are nodding and bell-shaped, measuring 5.1 cm in length. The plant is grown for its ornamental value in gardens.
