Crossandra infundibuliformis (L.) Nees is a species in the Acanthaceae family, commonly called firecracker-flower. It is distributed across several regions, including TW, SC, AU, MS, the Galápagos Islands, BR, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Haiti, India, Kenya, Leeward Is., Marianas, Myanmar, and Nicaragua. First published in 1832, this plant is native to parts of Africa and Asia, including Angola, Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sri Lanka, India, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
