Abies fabri, known as Faber's fir, is a conifer in the family Pinaceae. It is endemic to Sichuan in western China, found on Emei Shan and extending to the Gongga Shan massif, at elevations of 1,500–4,000 metres.

Description

Abies fabri (Mast.) Craib is a species of fir native to western China. It is restricted to Sichuan, growing on Emei Shan and the surrounding Gongga Shan range. This species is adapted to high-altitude environments, occurring between 1,500 and 4,000 metres. It belongs to the genus Abies and the family Pinaceae. The species was first described in 1920.
