Description

Enneapogon scaber, described by Lehm. in 1831, is a member of the grass family (Poaceae). It is distributed across several countries, including Belgium, the Flemish Region, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and North African nations such as Algeria, Morocco, and Mauritania. Its range extends further into Sub-Saharan Africa, including Angola, Botswana, Chad, and Namibia, as well as the Middle East in Saudi Arabia and parts of the Horn of Africa like Somalia and Eritrea. This species has also been recorded in regions such as the Free State and Northern Provinces, as well as in Mali and Sudan.
