Podocarpus drouynianus is a species of conifer in the family Podocarpaceae, native to the high rainfall region of the southwestern corner of Western Australia. It is commonly known as Emu Berry and is also referred to as wild plum or native plum, though it is not a true plum. The Noongar name for the plant is koolah.

Description

Podocarpus drouynianus, described by F.Muell. in 1864, is a coniferous tree belonging to the Podocarpaceae family. It is found in the high rainfall areas of the southwestern part of Western Australia. Locally, it is known by several names including Emu Berry, wild plum, and native plum. Despite these names, it is not a true member of the plum family. The indigenous Noongar people refer to the plant as koolah.
