Description

Elsholtzia blanda (Benth.) Benth. is a species in the Lamiaceae family, commonly known as the mint family. It is distributed across Assam, Bangladesh, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Sumatera, Thailand, and Vietnam. The species was first described in 1833. As part of the genus Elsholtzia, it belongs to a group of aromatic plants often found in tropical and subtropical regions.
