Packera indecora is a flowering plant in the Asteraceae family, native to northern North America. It is commonly known as elegant groundsel and rayless mountain ragwort. The species is distributed across much of Canada and parts of the northern United States. It thrives in moist mountain environments, including streamsides and meadows.

Packera indecora (Greene) Á.Löve & D.Löve is a member of the Asteraceae family. It is found in regions such as Labrador, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and in the United States in Alaska, California, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, and Washington. This plant is adapted to moist, high-altitude habitats and is commonly found in meadows and along streams. It was first described in 1976.
