Elaeagnus gonyanthes is a species in the genus Elaeagnus, belonging to the family Elaeagnaceae. It was first described in 1853 by Bentham.

Description

Elaeagnus gonyanthes is native to several regions in Asia, including Cambodia, China South-Central, China Southeast, Hainan, Laos, and Vietnam. It is part of the Elaeagnaceae family, commonly known as the silverberry family. The species was formally published in 1853 by the botanist Bentham.
