Ehretia saligna, known as peach bush, native willow, and peachwood, is a shrub or small tree native to northern Australia. It is found in regions including the Gascoyne, the Northern Territory, northern and coastal Queensland, as well as parts of New South Wales and Western Australia.

Description

Ehretia saligna is a member of the family Ehretiaceae and the genus Ehretia. It was first described in 1810 by Robert Brown. The species is endemic to northern Australia, with a distribution spanning across several regions. It is commonly referred to as peach bush, native willow, or peachwood in local vernacular.
